Hello everyone!! You arrived here because you have an outstanding order and you are wondering what your options are (or when it will be delivered).

First, there are two important distinctions: Special Orders (made by Muralidharan) and Pre-Orders (of regular stock inventory that has not been delivered yet). Here are the styles for each category and the appropriate updates that apply. Please note shipping in Canada is paused as we transiton to a new fulfillment center.

Pre-Orders styles:

If you have not yet sorted out what you want to do about your pre-order bag (we have sent out many updates and correspondence, so we've moved on from this for the time being, but are still here to help) please reach out to info@thesashlife.com. There are the options!
